Basically - in short, since my muscles spasm a lot into th 76 hrs of fast - you soak them for 8 hrs at least after washing well the remaining of the flesh. Then you blend some other stuff in the Vitamix/or other food processor (mine is 1000 watts, not sure how much less power you can go for the pit).
When you have the other mush blended, put the pit cut in quarters for faster blend and blend ! :)
It gives some nutty- woody flavor that is rather pleasnt.
It has healhty fats, a lot of minerasl nad a lot of fiber :)
