Hi Archus, thanks for the tips!

My naturopath sells vials of an adrenal support vitamin, she said I could come in and pay her 10$ per injection, or I can take it myself and do it myself for 3$. I had been doing it a few times a week (you could do it every day if you wanted) and since starting I've felt huge differences.

It is an instant lift me up. Wish I could still inject while fasting.

it contains methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamn, methylfolate, b1, b6, AMP, chromium, and d-biotin
