Re: Post Script
I do not mean to imply anything at all. I am just asking the questions that arise for me as I read what you have to say. Please do not take any offense. In order to help you, I need to know the answers to the health questions I have asked you. But you have not answered them. There seems to have been a period of time in your life when you felt good, you were healthy, and you were not overweight. I need to know when that was, how long it lasted, and what changed that for you.
What do you eat? How often? What kind of exercise do you get? How often do you ejaculate? Are you circumcised? I ask the latter questions because loving someone and being loved in return is the greatest thing. It will make you healthy and keep you healthy. Sexuality is an important part of being healthy, especially for a man. How often do you have sex? How old were you the first time you had a sexual experience? Looking back on it today, how do you feel about your first sexual experience?
All of these things are significant factors that contribute to health and wellness, or not. Eating is a great way to love, nurture, and comfort yourself if you do not have the confidence and ability to get and keep a relationship. That is what I do. That is why I love milk and honey.
