Re: can too much alkaline be too acidic???

I have the same issue.
I do not eat any fast food, some fish , no red meat,
Lots of veggies and fruit.

I drink coffee in the morning and have a beer at night.

The big change lately, I pile up doses of individual aminos first thing in the am, on an empty stomach.

My acidity marker is 5.5.
What did you find was the answer to your issue
