Re: can too much alkaline be too acidic???

ok... then why am I still so acidic... i eat a fully raw diet... i do eat some nuts but i try to stick to almonds which i know are alkaline... and i am in the process of stopping that all together... i do have some olive oil on my salads... i don't eat sweet fruit... i don't take sugar... the only additive i have is "real" Sea Salt ... i drink purified water...i am still taking the ph balancing mixture from the youngs...basically glorified baking soda... and if i miss it i am acidic again... and my friend who eats a pretty crappy diet... has checked her ph since i have the papers... and the only time she is acidic is when she has been drinking... other wise she has no problem... is there a possibility that our bodies deal with acid differently... if i ate crappy food... nix that... i'd feel crappy...but i feel pretty crappy now... i'm frustrated... the thickened gall bladder and cyst on my ovary probably don't help... so all this information is pretty interesting but it doesn't make any sense why i am still so acidic... is it just in my tissues... maybe i have stored it up over all these years and am now releasing it ...now that i'm raw??? maybe what everyone says is right i just need to eat a steak... but i don't want to... i can't imagine how that would make me feel on so many different levels... i suppose i could start by steaming my greens... ... this is all so confusing to me...

love laugh and dream
