Also remember chlorine in our drinking water and chloride in salt. Also remember Sugar is an acid so it's best to eat many small meals throughout the day instead of large meals to keep your blood Sugar on the low but safe side. Also remember that fat is acidic.

I think it's hard to become too alkaline. I remember reading somewhere that if you blood becomes too alkaline then all the body has to do is burn some fat (maybe glucose too) which is very easy. I believe because acid is stored in fat and CO2 is an acid which is a by product of burning fat (and sugar).

can too much alkaline be too acidic??? No.
