I know you did not reply to me luvyuu, but just let me say that the goal is not pH levels but remineralizing with a full spectrum of all the essential macro minerals and as many trace minerals as possible. A solid foundation of minerals will maintain proper balance and your pH stix will confirm this ! Until then you can drive up these ph levels with isolated elements or simple compounds but these will not supply you with all the essential nutrients your body needs and will eventually throw the basic ratios of these elements off balance causing even more problems.
