Re: can too much alkaline be too acidic???

Oops accidentally pushed the agree button! Which would be ok if I agreed with what you are doing! But there are many myths to pH balancing and one of them is thinking that raising your pH is the goal!
To even approach having fairly stable pH numbers one must first remineralize with a full spectrum of all the essential elements including trace minerals! One must also do this with a balance of ratios between the macro minerals such as calcium/magnesium ratio and sodium/potassium ratios plus the balance between thes two groups of elements!
If all you are doing is pumping up your pH with bicarbonates and pH drinks you are not really accomplishing anything as proven by the fact that your pH plummets when you are not artificially pumping your pH up!
I would reconsider your approach, although you will find it much more difficult to accomplish a stable pH and replenishing your mineral stores then just drinking bicarbs and pH drinks!
Good luck to you in your quest for good health, but better yet be vigilant and do your research!
