Re: Bee products, MCT, ALA, GLA

Hey DL,

Thank you soooo much for such a long post and great explanation for my questions.

I use coconuts in my raw foods. I do have to check my cocnut oil, because the manufacturer of the brand I buy is reluctant to answer my questions. I just have to look for USDA approved organic. Although I am working towards being oil free. I do use oils on my skin. I will have to check out Evening Primrose oil.

I also did not think about the pesticides used in honey producers' areas. But I do trust the bees, though. They stay away from things that are harmful to them.

Good thing that I don't eat processed foods. I seldom still eat cooked quinoa and khichree. I am working to be 100% vegan, it will take time. I do eat all good fats you mentioned.

Lastly, I am with you on no-cooking philosophy after experiencing many years of cooked foods and experiencing some health issues. I am lucky that I never had meat in my life so it was easy for me to go in a vegan diet.

Thank you.
