Re: 3rd day water fasting update
DesertLili, thanks for writting back. Diabetes is something that only faces me in my family. Diabetes doesn't run in my family at all. I live in california, US, been living here for 12 years now but used to live outside the US with my family and I only ate home cooked foods. I just turned 30 years old. When I came to the US, I was super healthy, very very health ...I never ate junk while growing up overseas. Diabetes type 2 for me was caused solely by my HORRIBLE eating habits. I ate lots and lots of fried stuff, McDonalds, Panda express almost every day with the orange chicken that is soo greasy. Nothing has been natural for all these years since moving here. I came to the US so young , so I was very ignorant about the importance of healthy eating. I first got diagnosed with high blood pressure when I was in college at 24 years old. Type 2 was diagnosed last year in April 2014 at 29 years old. I was too young to be suffering from those diseases. Now I'm ready to make a change.
I also grew up eating a very typical french breakfast, lots of WHITE bread (baguette) with black tea and
Sugar or coffee. I would not add butter or anything to the bread though, my family never let us have butter, cheese and we rarely ate meat. I basically grew up on a high carb diet, lots of white rice and potatoes + beans and I was still super healthy. My parents still eat that diet and they're very healthy. A bell rang in my head when I finally discovered that FAT is actually the CAUSE of type 2 diabetes because I would be very frustrated when I would be told that I need to lower carbs and that is what caused my disease .. yet I know I grew up on natural carbs and that my parents who are in their 60's eat them every day. Carbs in AMERICA are not natural , they're all covered with FAT !! Another famous doctor of the name of John Mcdougal here in california has been healing people of type 2 diabetes with starches ... yes yes starches, call me crazy but it's the truth.
Sugar is not the cause of diabetes either. It's a side effect of having diabetes and being unable to process it anymore.... So your friend who controlled her diabetes by eating probably had maybe reversed it since she didn't need medication .. did she have medication ? I am confident after all the research I have done that I will beat this condition. I shared this link with a user on here named Archus, This link is a peer reviewed scientific study conducted by the University of Newcastle in the UK, the people involved in this study all reversed their diabetes after achieving massive weight loss and a big reduction of fat in their pancreas and liver.

I will definitely keep updating till the end of this month, will do my best to get to the end of the 30 days , then eat very clean after that.
