I suppose that you meant "decreases digestive transit time" and if yes, from my experience, i agree if you eat mostly low starch low fat (green leaves and fruits), but i don't agree if you eat high starches and high fat (grains, legumes, potatoes, carrots, celeriacs, avocadoes, nuts) (which produces gluey feces)

But eating raw vegan does not prevent one to ingest parasitic worms eggs in feces dust (which are spread everywhere by infected humans, by infected animals, by organic agriculture techniques who use animals feces to make the soil more fertile...)
And immunity to all kinds of parasitic worms is a myth. (no one is immune to external parasites (like mosquitos, taons, spiders, tics, fleas, leaches) so why should we be immune to internal parasites which are evolved to be able to enter in our bodies, deceive and alter the immune system cells by secreting molecules, feed from our foods, our blood, reproduce and spread their eggs where we go ?)

Many raw vegan are foolish about this, they think that eating "natural" raw foods can protect them from any problem in the human body. But again, look at wild animals (some become infected and sick too), ask hunters or biologists about this, you will see.
