Vitamin B12, vitamin D3, creatine, DHA. Meat is packed with Zinc also. The saturated fat and cholesterol are good for boosting testosterone as well. I'm not trying to convert anyone to a paleo lifestyle here - I myself love vegetables and they are just as essential to our diets as animal protein is. I just thought the statement from the person about wasn't that cool.
