There is no need to take it personally. I have been a vegan for a long time and I don't take supplements (other than herbs to kill parasites) and have been in perfect health…B12 and all. I was also a nutritional coach for several years and every single one of my clients who transitioned to a plant based diet greatly improved their health. Aside from the health benefits, and I say this respectfully, I don't see a need to kill animals for a moment of pleasure. That's solely my opinion and NOT the reason I am on this forum.
