DE never worked for me and I did it for months. Also castor oil seems to clean out the lower digestive system but it didn't fix anything and I didn't want to get used to it. I tried for a while just eating really clean to see if the issues resolved itself but it didn't so I am now using Kroeger Herbs Rascal for the last few days. It seems to really be helping...it seems really powerful and that things are dying but idk if it is a solution quite yet
