I had insomnia so bad I would take walks around my neighborhood at 3 4 5 am in the morning. My doctor initially gave me a supplement to rebuild the bacteria in my gut called "candibactin-AR" made by metagenics. I don't believe fungus is my problem, but the herbs in the supplement have put me to sleep every single night without any hesitation. I am not sure exactly what it is doing, but its a group of mixed aromatic essential oils - lemon balm, sage, thyme, and oregano. I personally think its the lemon balm doing the trick, I take it x3 a day with meals. Doesnt make me sleepy during the day but puts me out at night.
