Some things could be taken to help overall health. I would not expect one magical supplement to cure everything. Also some supplements take time to work.

Also it is better to start with certain supplements and treatments before you start others. For example, if you need more sulfate for the sulfation liver pathway, you'll likely to want to start with molybdenum Mo since it is near the end of the production pathway.

Also as seen above, when supporting the production of glutathione for that liver pathway you'll likely want to have adequate glutamine and glycine on board before ramping up cysteine consumption.

A Cutler in his book Amalgam Illness has a section on this topic around p 40. You might be able to check out some of it in the googlebooks version.

With caffeine sensitivity you might learn about the acetylation pathway. According to Cutler foods containing tyramine might also be problematic for such people.
