if I fast for anywhere close to 10 hours, I get VERY shaky, very anxious, and my stomach starts to turn itself into knots.
== I have a history of mild hypoglycemia. My head is clearer and mood more stable when I eat a healthy snack between meals. I assume some adrenal support has also been helpful.
