coffee enemas everyday!? man, I don't have time like that these days. im on the road for 2 hours a day, go to an AA meeting everyday, n work 10 hours. by the time I get home at night its 11 pm and I just "try" to go to bed.

how do u do the liver flash with magnesium? id like to try that a couple more times if uve had success without getting sick.
