Coffee enema good to bad

Since been on NB i was doing coffee enemas,and at first things go smooth and quite easy. Then started to notice hemorroid in anus,at least external but might have also inside. So now wondering is the coffee doing this , or other reasons like heavy metals, copper related or something else. I also have feeling like my large intestine is litle worse than its been, maybe bloated inside or inflammated.


I think i have to stop doing coffee enema which is really bad thing as it is so powerfull detox method, at least for now. Anyone know is this a side effect of coffee or what ? And can too much coffee enemas be too much for intestines to hande,too much irritate ?


I am also afraid that if i have heavy metals in the gut they will wipe out all good flora , mercury alone kill easely good bacteria.


I am feeling bad also, fatigue,brain fog,loss of appetite etc so i also have symptoms of heavy metal poisoning.
