Please change your diet and try preparation H to shrink the hemorrhoids. There are so many types of products. You need to use suppositories for the internal ones. Please don't eat me for some time to see if that helps. Anything that gives you stomach issues or gas, eliminate it to see if that helps. Click on my post that I just posted.
