Help this paranoid mom!!!

So I dont have skin lesions but I have seen fiber lint balls of all sizes like the picture. They come out of my eyes, nose, vagina and anus. Also long black fibers. They seem to come out of my mucous making parts (sorry for the tmi) My boyfriend said they are just lint but I can feel them in my nose ears anus vagina and eyes, I feel them moving.Sometimes they look like little bugs... Even though I do not have skin lesions is this morgellons? Also the ones that come out of my anus come with blood spots on the toilet paper... Im so worried for my 3 year old daughter and myself I dont know what to do. I dont dare go to the doctor after reading about this because they think you are crazy. I also have awful joint pain lethargy bloated stomach and insomnia. Havent really seen any in my daughter but she tosses and turns all night and she and I both have anemia she complains of her anus and vagina hurting and when I bring her to the doctor they say she is fine... I also had stringy white (mucous?) that looked like toilet paper in my feces ahhh I need some answers :(
