Re: How Do You Think You Got the Parasite?

I know I got liver flukes from eating a Ceaser salad at a restaurant in Grand Rapids, MI.
Water Cress is the most common cause of liver fluke infestation.
They got closed down 2 weeks after I was there and a friend called to tell me. I am too far away to go after them for damages.
I NEVER eat raw vegetables now.

I got filaria from hotel rooms that don't put clean sheets on the bed. IT is very difficult to tell sometimes if the sheets have been changed. Hotel rooms in general are filthy even at the Hilton.

I got Pin worms from a dirty toilet at work. I carry the wet nap towelettes with me to clean toilet seats but apparently it didn't work.

I got tape worm from a Mexican restaurant. The CDC says 68% of immigrants from south of US border have tape worm. They have natural defenses that US citizens don't have so they can carry the worm without ill affect. Don't mean to offend anyone but it is a fact.

Now I think US Citizens are probably the biggest cause of the spreading of parasites because our medical community refuses to acknowledge the issue and act appropriately.

I got several other types of worms from my pets. veterinarians are very poor about treating pets for parasites. They always want a stool sample but we all know that approach is useless. I picked worms off my cats ass for a year and did 4 stool samples that were negative but the Vet refused to give me dewormer on a negative stool sample. In disgust and frustration I took on the task myself. After discussions with breeders I found out that pets should be wormed every 4-6 weeks and more often if you know they have a parasite. IS it any wonder that many people don't use veterinarians?? If I have a sick animal I treat for parasites first. It should be what Veterinarians do but they would rather do like DXs and rack up a bunch of costs on tests and Xrays. JUST how greedy can you be that you would put an animal through all that and refuse to treat them for the parasites you know they have.

I have done the in depth parasite study and now I can look at someone and tell you whether or not they have parasites. Bumps or tags around the nose and eyes.
Bumps on the scalp that get crusty and bleed at tape worms.
Thread worm pieces on their cloths.
Wet, flemy cough is ascaria. Especially if the coughing occurs during or just after eating.
A dry iritated cough is flukes or tapes in the esophagus.
Constant nasal congestion is lung worm or trichamonis.
IF I can figure it out why can't the medical comunity?? Oh, that's right. No money in it.
