How Do You Think You Got the Parasite?

I have had skin mites since I contracted them at a house that was frequented by wild birds and surrounded by trees.

I am horrified when I read the terrible suffering that people on here have with internal parasites.

I would love to know how/where you believe you contracted the parasites from. I want to do all I can to avoid this ever happening to me.

I do not travel overseas and always cook meats to well done. I do not know if foods or animals are the source of the parasites mentioned on CZ.

What do you think? Do you think they were in drinking water, undercooked foods, contamination from eating out, overseas travel,
touching or being licked by dogs...etc.etc.
