One more thing to try for some quick relief is Garlic tabs (gels)! Or, even better try real crushed garlic. I don't have the nerve to take real garlic yet, but the "gels" do help, plus it's all natural!
Cayenne tabs will also calm them down for awhile, but don't take it before bed because it gives you energy, and keeps you awake. Sometimes used for weight loss as well, because it does this by raising your metabolism.
