Re: Extreme fatigue: cause ? what organ ?

Hi, I was recently diagnosed with EBV and Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome (a month ago). I was told to try to boost my immune system with Elderberry, Echinacea, Oil of Oregano, Wheat grass and more - I went on an anti-fungal quest because I craved Sugar like a true addict. It helped. I could not continue with the oil of oregano because even a drop of it gives me HORRIBLE heartburn. I took my first B-12 shot last week and can't say that it phased me. I have eliminated all sugar, nuts and grains from my diet (hard to do because I love bread and pasta and... SWEETS. I am working toward a healthier immune system but so far I feel no different, but I lost 14 pounds and THAT feels good! I now have kidney stones (when it rains, it pours) too. Happy, happy, joy, joy.

I see an infectious disease specialist in June (yeah, they're THAT backed up I guess). and will see what he says. There is no cure for this crap (the kidney stones will pass) and all you can do is your very best to get healthy and strong immune wise.

Lastly, DRINK AS MUCH WATER AS YOU CAN. They say 1 oz for half your body weight. Such as, 180 would be 90 ounces.

Best,

HH
