Re: Extreme fatigue: cause ? what organ ?
That´s strange, lots of negative and traumatic things have happened to me, especially at the onset of my symptoms, not to mention that I have been since I can remember negative/pessimistic and psychically morbid in general (i.e. self destructive and solipsistic).
See, if it is TRUE what you say I am getting back my assertion. You might have a purely physical problem. Just be aware of the present and the past, no psychological or emotional problems seem to arise? Do you have early awakening and frequent unplesant dreams? That´s how I realised that I have depression. It plays a role in unrefreshing sleep, it is explained here: http://www.psychologytoday.com/articles/200307/bedfellows-insomnia-and-
Depression and here http://www.addforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=131313
It is complicated but
Depression and adrenal fatigue cause unrefreshing sleep, and unrefreshing sleep causes
Depression and adrenal fatigue. The keys to heal are making positive changes during the day (fulfilling activities, exercises, laughing etc) and to support sleep during the night, which is done healing the adrenals and maybe taking something directly for sleep.
I am taking this time to write this stuff to you because I know you have a massive problem with sleep, but you might not have depression (not likely because you will have at least secondary depression to your chronic illness, even if depression did not start whatever you have).
I mean, are you going to tell me you are NOT depressed after being sick all these "golden youth" years and that you are NOT anxious about getting worse/dying?
