How well are your bowels functioning? do you often have undigested bits in your stool?

Saw it mentioned in an earlier post that Epstein Barr Virus should be tested for, I'm curious as to why. I had a doctor talk me into taking the test and, when it came back positive for chronic epstein barr the doctor didn't have any explanations as to treatment. Would love information on what to do about EBV
