Extreme fatigue: cause ? what organ ?

Hi,
I've for a long time thought I had Adrenal Fatigue. It could still be the case, but I'd like to state a few symptoms, see if anybody recognizes them, and ask a couple of questions.

Main Symptoms:
- extreme fatigue. Can't talk throughout the day, extreme sensitivity to light and sounds.
- Enormous malaise/feeling sick, nauseous almost. Like I'm about to faint, always.
- Thorough dehydration.
- Feeling more tired the next day, always.
- Extremely hard to sleep before 3am.
- Sharp pain around lower right ribcage area (liver, and/or intestines).
- Strong burning sensation in mid-back area, the more fatigued the stronger the burn.
- Lost lots of weight the last 2 years.

I'm on the verge of collapsing entirely, this has been going on for 8 years, and only got worse with time consistently. I can't believe I'm still alive.

Questions:
- could it be it's not the adrenals or thyroid, but my liver or kidneys or stomach that are dying ?
- Does anybody have a clue what this is, what tests I could run (I've run a MILLION already) ?
- Anybody identify to this horror ?
