Potassium deficiency?

Please check your Potassium. It should be almost at the top of the range. Extreme fatigue, thirst, dehydration, are some giveaways ..it needs to be checked. That's how my Hypokalemia started before it got worse. potassium depletion can cause burning feeling, severe muscle spasms (your stomach pain), insomnia, nausea and vomiting, and even seizures and death if it's allowed to go unchecked. Do you have a reaction to sugar? What about diuretics (coffee, tea, sodas)? What about reaction to exercise? They all displace Potassium in the body. The best test to check it is RBC (red blood cell) Potassium, but in most cases regular electrolyte panel will do. Until you check your Potassium levels please do not do cleanses, they flush your electrolytes out. I would stay off caffeinated beverages, too. /I saw this post while looking for something else, and symptoms struck me being familiar. I'm just passing thru/
