well, you might have to do a deep screening of your body for a infection that is overworking your immune system and organs. fatigue happens when the liver/spleen/adrenal/colon become sluggish due to overactivity. if there is a infection somewhere in the body its overworking the liver, adrenal glands(cortisol inflammation repsonse), and possibly spleen(immune system organ). i currently have adrenal fatigue because of inflammation from parasites. try doing cleanses to expose what might be the issue.
