Princess 80 your Day 2 sounded like my Day 3 yesterday. Congratulations on getting this far and staying the course. When I'm going through a rough patch I always remind myself I need only to get through one day since I know the next day it should be gone. That's what happened to me. The morning after was a bit better. Headache, jaw pain, muscle soreness pretty much gone. Only thing to deal with is temptation from making dinner for my family. OMGosh I don't even want to describe what it is and dealing with the smells. I cooked and served it and now escaped to my room to be distracted.
I am feeling well definitely better. I don't know but I think those tough symptoms I went through are basically the body going on a fast track of detoxing and shifting into ketosis. last night I was having to pee more than the first and second day. I took a urinalysis reagent strip and tested for ketones. I am offically in ketosis.
