Re: Healing leaky gut via flushing and vegetarian diet.

Yea, I truly feel this is the missing link in your case.

The problem is not so much the toxicity in the liver, but the structural blockages of hardened clumps of bile and cholesterol that are preventing proper volumes of bile from being secreted.

I have had leaky gut all along without even knowing it, and I kept eating tons of grains, dairy, soy, nuts, seeds, nightshades etc, but I was flushing my liver persistently. I have carried out over 70 flushes now, and I have gradually gotten better and better after every flush.

Now that I have gone off all intestinal irritants, the recovery process is going to speed up even more.

If you keep up the good diet you are on, get good nigh sleeps and flush your liver every three weeks exactly to the instructions in the book, I feel that you will recovery, but only then.

Andreas Moritz reminds us that once the liver is clean, the body is preconditioned to heal itself, no matter what that involves. The liver is a powerhouse, and not only does it carry out so many digestive functions, but it's bile is responsible for keeping the colon clean and tidy. As long as the colon is dirty, bad bacteria and parasites will continue to grow and multiply there, thereby increasing propensity for intestinal permeability etc.

The first step is to buy Andreas Moritz 's liver and gallbladder flush book, and also 'Timeless Secrets Of Health And Rejuvenation'. After reading each, you may have an entirely different outlook on eating meat. The bone broth is pretty good, but all the animal flesh involved in the paleo diet and such is in my opinion not necessary and further aggravates some parts of the condition. The paleo and others don't take into consideration severe liver congestion. They are just looking at the scenario as if the only problem in existence is the leaky gut. When bile output is compromised, eating all those fats and proteins is very difficult for the body to process, causing the lymphatic system to congest, which then dumps more waste material into the bile ducts for elimination, thereby causing a cycle of complications.

What you can do in the meantime is coffee enemas to start unloading some of the toxicity so that you're not as overwhelmed by the release during your flushes in the future.

They dilate the bile ducts, let more bile past the congestion and cause the gallbladder to dump it's contents. It is very good at aiding digestion and cleaning the colon as well.
