Get colonics once a week. Do trade or put it on a credit card if you have to. Or get a second job if you have to.
Replace electrolytes after.
Put a crystal of Celtic Sea Salt on your tongue, let it dissolve and drink a glass of water after to remineralize. Repeat.

Yes, colonics are a God send and a genius way to accelerate your gut healing.
I would suggest coffee enemas also. You can do several a day at first.
Liver flushing will set you on your path, I wouldn't put it off. Read Andreas' book and you will get a better idea of how it can help you.
Nobody gets better on Curezone unless they liver flush and do colonics (in general terms).
The people who refuse to spring for the pricey colonics are on here for years and years.
Why? Because everything you are doing is good, but it is like trying to build a new home on top of a toxic dump without cleaning it up first (sorry nothing personal, we are all in the same boat).
You are just scratching the surface You haven't seen results, you gotta get more serious. It still may take you two years to reclaim your health, so best to get started asap, IMHO.
I would mortgage my home if I had to, to pay for the colonics, why? Because I have now seen with my own eyes what comes out, and there is no amount of probiotic that can clean that filth, and to look at me, you might think I have perfect health and I am all clean, you wouldnt know what is lurking beneath in all of us.
I have a friend who did 2-3 colonics a week to detox from anti depressants for two years. It totally transformed her health, financial situation and life. She stopped liver flushing though because she had a bad detox experience with it (psych drugs are the worst) and her health started going down hill again, no amount of colonics will make up for liver flushing and vice versa.

Here is what Dr Michael Tierra (herbal doctor/acu, ayurveda, western herbologist, etc. Author of some good books on self healing.) says about colonics:
Colonics are not for cold, deficient, weak individuals. The problems with water enemas is that they actually leave the colon drier. Injecting a quarter cup of sesame oil into the colon after an enema is balancing. [He is talking about both enemas and colonics.]
Interestingly, Traditional Chinese Medicine theory associates the large intestine with Kidney yang. It's as if one needs to retain some feces to stimulate and maintain lower warmer warmth. [Lower Warmer is a term used in Chinese Medicine. Western chronic conditions of adrenal fatigue, back pain, depression, hypothyroidism, kidney inflammation and sexual dysfunction parallel kidney yang .]
That being said, I have also seen and heard of some remarkable benefits from colonics. I think they are better done in warmer seasons.
So, there you have one opinion.
Hi Daizymae,
Interesting about the sesame oil, I will give that some thought.
Yes, I've noticed herbalists have some opposing opinions sometimes on other modalities that may compete with their herb business but the problem I always come up against is I just can't take advice from another obese N.D. like Dr. Tierra (no offense to him, he seems like a nice guy).
All the colon hydrotherapists I've worked with have toned waistlines, glowing skin, big smiles on their faces, etc. They'll usually tell you their story of how colonics saved their lives and so they've dedicated their lives to helping others with it, it is a calling for sure, more than just a job.
I don't think colonics are perfect by any means, but they are a real help when you've been poisoned with heavy metals like I was. We just can't keep up with the pathogens that those metals allow to thrive, it's not a toxic exposure that the body was designed to handle, IMHO.
I wonder where all the talk in traditional Chinese medicine is regarding the overwhelming amount of pathogens our bodies are dealing with today, large and small, especially the modern engineered kind. I never see that referenced in their teachings, it seems like they have totally ignored it. Maybe I'm missing something:) I do enjoy my acupuncture though that's for sure.

"Physician heal thyself!" :)
Carey Reams was a genius and he was obese too. Maybe their own health problems are why they get into medicine, you could be right DaizyMae.
Happy Easter everybody,

How can any Chinese Dr. say that it's just Liver, not Kidney? From my experience (personal), K + L almost always go together in countless people's health problems. Maybe what the Dr. meant was that Liver was more prominent. Not that I have any great understanding in any case.
What you should actually DO, however, is not for me to say. Maybe you could go to a site called yinyanghouse and ask their advice. That is my recommendation. :)
If you have not menstruated in a year, that is serious deficiency. Toxicity + Deficiency go together; it's not either/or anymore, which it might have been in the olden days when people had stronger constitutions in general and they could home in onto problems more easily. It's all syndromes now.
Best of best wishes to you, Earthlove.
