Gerson book says lie on left side.
I wouldn't go near GSE ever or if at all, just my opinion, It's very very potent, maybe others can chime in about it.
I wouldn't go near cilantro, too unpredictable. I am still not sure about Chlorella, lots of questions about it. Keep it simple.
A good friend who has been a big social drinker suggested this formula for liver (I figure she knows what she speaks of!):

I am in no way affiliated with this co, it has many 5 star reviews. I am going to start taking it instead of Milk Thistle for a while.
I think you have the order of your cleanses right, try to be patient, I know it's hard. Marshmellow root is a great kidney herb, I don't know if I would do the other ones you named right now. Herbs messed me up too because I took too many before flushing.
Lemon water could help you every day of your life, and Raw apple cider vinager (like Bragg's) will also help with low stomach acid. Just 1/4 t. in a cup of water (or thereabouts) is all you may need before or after meals.
Also, the clay and psyllium I could neer choke it down, it may work for you, it may not.
When adding in supps, try Vit C first, and even cut tablets up, open up capsules and take small amounts and add in little by little every day so you can learn what each does to your body. Good luck!
p.s. Lecithin by Solgar is helping me tremendously, dissolve a little in apple juice.
