Sensitivities to foods
Bloating
Constipation
TMJ
Constantly sighing
Joint pains - possible arthiritis
Pins and needles in legs
Cold hands and feet
Pale
Low energy
Migraines
Painful PMS
Wake up feeling hungover despite no alcohol consumption
Occasional light headedness
No matter how much sleep, could always sleep for longer, but struggle to initially get to sleep at night (have been diagnosed with insomnia) - wake up numerous times throughout the night
Lower and upper back pain
Chest pains, particularly around the left breast area - a weighing heavy feeling
Random sharp pains
Always very tense
Prone to urine infections
