My main issue because it's most visible is seborrheic dermatitis

My main issue because it's most visible is Seborrheic Dermatitis , so because of this I follow a plant based diet as i personally feel it's more healthier than others. But also because of the strain on the environment, our health and the overall treatment of animals, that eating meat and animal products causes.

I've had Seborrheic Dermatitis , which just seemed like a mild dandruff problem since the age of around 10, i'm now 19. However, throughout my teenage years i drank excessive amounts of alcohol and have only been vegan for 2 years. Before this i would eat tons of junk food and didn't look after my health at all. So, i'm sure this has all contributed to my problems.

I also have fillings that i've had for around 4 or 5 years, i'd like to get them taken out as i most likely have mercury toxicity from them, but i don't have the money at all at the moment to do that.

I have had tonsillitis a few times and also shingles and have been put on Antibiotics for both. I know Antibiotics cause a host of problems and now i wish i knew this sooner. So that's another thing that has probably led to my problems.

Thank you for the recommendation on the oil, i'll be sure to get that. Is there a particular site you would recommend purchasing it from?

I have a parasite tincture. Should i do a parasite cleanse before or after liver flushes, or even in-between?
