I'm going to buy the Andreas Moritz Liver and Gallbladder flush book and give that a go, hopefully it will help.
I follow a vegan, gluten free diet which mostly consists of pasta, rice, sweet potatoes, beans, vegetable soups, nutritional yeast, herbs, lots of leafy greens, 1-2 serving of fruit in the mornings, oats, almond milk, 2-3 litres of water a day and herbal teas.
