Please please please don't do any parasite cleanses. I really regret doing it myself because they are so HARD on the all important liver, and they don't work in the end until the liver is clear anyway. Focus on liver, you will clear up your probs. And if you start now you will avoid worse issues in the future.

The ammonia from the die off is hell on the liver and toxic to the brain. It just doesn't pay to do them, it is tempting I know. But really, what you should do is this:
kidney herbs (Andreas' book wil explain) drink a tea from these right away
organic, non filtered apple juice, starte drinking 32 oz. a day right away and stay on it if you can that way you will be ready to flush any time
collect thing like the olive oil, grapefruit and epsom salts
get familiar with enemas, you can get a beginner enema bag at CVS or similar. They sometimes call them hot water bottles. Enemas can save your life from a bad day of detox.
Get some Oxypowder or Mag07 and clean out the colon completely. I take it that colonics will be too pricey right now.
Then you will be ready to flush in a couple of weeks if you get going on these things. Flush every two weeks for about 6 months. That should be a good time to reassess your situation. At some point you will want to add in basic supps like Vit C, E, A, D, etc.
Milk Thistle is an inexpensive herb to take ongoing throughout your flushing to support the liver.
Look for some cruelty free (I don't want to hurt animals either) eggs and eat them raw or way undercooked for the choline and lecithin, this is great for liver and could really help you heal it fast.
After 6 months, you may consider parasite cleansing, but I wouldn't even then. You will probably start seeing better health and if you keep healing your liver, the parasites, fungus (this is what's up with your skin/dandruff and Ted's protocol of Borax on EarthCinic will heal it but NOT until the liver is clear) will die down by itself.
A friend in Napa suggested this olive oil although I think there are may good ones in Cali

Flush the liver before dealing head on with parasites, etc. Here is the order again:
Kidney
Colon
Liver
Parasite/Fungus
This is key! Good luck:)

Hi OP,
My suggestion with the Epsoms is start with half the dose, that would be 1/2 Tablespoon. Dissolve it very well in some lemon juice to make a "shot". Get your glass of water ready, slam the shot back and guzzle the water. The objective is to keep the Epsoms off the tongue. Once past the tongue, they will make you feel good most likely.
This will save you a lot of gagging and don't skip any doses, there will bet 2 at night and 2 the next morning. that is key too.

Gerson book says lie on left side.
I wouldn't go near GSE ever or if at all, just my opinion, It's very very potent, maybe others can chime in about it.
I wouldn't go near cilantro, too unpredictable. I am still not sure about Chlorella, lots of questions about it. Keep it simple.
A good friend who has been a big social drinker suggested this formula for liver (I figure she knows what she speaks of!):

I am in no way affiliated with this co, it has many 5 star reviews. I am going to start taking it instead of Milk Thistle for a while.
I think you have the order of your cleanses right, try to be patient, I know it's hard. Marshmellow root is a great kidney herb, I don't know if I would do the other ones you named right now. Herbs messed me up too because I took too many before flushing.
Lemon water could help you every day of your life, and Raw apple cider vinager (like Bragg's) will also help with low stomach acid. Just 1/4 t. in a cup of water (or thereabouts) is all you may need before or after meals.
Also, the clay and psyllium I could neer choke it down, it may work for you, it may not.
When adding in supps, try Vit C first, and even cut tablets up, open up capsules and take small amounts and add in little by little every day so you can learn what each does to your body. Good luck!
p.s. Lecithin by Solgar is helping me tremendously, dissolve a little in apple juice.

People have really reported good results on Doc Sutter's flush, but he uses twice the amount of oil and no epsoms. Could it be that the no epsoms made it harder for the liver to flush when parasites present?
OP, if you are not sure what to do, go lie down in a quiet place and ask yourself what is the truth for you. Then don't get up until you get a clear answer. This is a good form of meditiation. Good luck,
