The thing with supplements happened to me too because it takes energy for your body to process them. I got really scared of taking anything and my doctor and nutritional thoughts I was nuts. As the first I was mostly just doing the Dynamic Neural Retraining System, bone broth, gelatin, and other foods. I could only take about 2 supplements. The DNRS got me calmed down little by little till and I could gradually do more and more. The DNRS website ishttp://www.dnrsystem.com/ but it is pricey. Other than doing DNRS you might get just as much out of the book "You Are The Placebo," which is what my DNRS coach recommended along with the DNRS practice. I actually stumbled onto a technique that worked better than the DNRS and it's based in changing brain neuro pathways. http://www.limbicretraining.com/contributors/t-can/my-mcs-recovery-part-2/ I did the HAMR technique twice a day and the next morning I would feel notably less anxious. It took me a while to recover however I was six months in before someone suggested DNRS.The DNRS did teach me not to experience any stress that was not comfortable. It did have you expose yourself to a trigger daily then practice their technique. I ended up having to just apply happy thoughts and smile all days long I had so many triggers. I would make up joyous situation or love what scared me. I Actually for me the brain retraining was super hard work but it beat having an anxiety attacks and I could see I was finally making progress.
