6 or 7 well spotted organic ripe bananas blended with fresh young thai coconut water, the best smoothy, take about 45 minutes to "chew" and swallow, I love it!
I sometimes add a drop or two of peppermint oil, very refreshing:)
Some have even gone on "banana island" for month and healed up their digestion. Bananas are a great prebiotic food, must be ripe and organic always best.
