Adrenal Fatigue/Hormonal Imbalance ? Rapid Aging! Need help

Hey everyone - I need some help as I am experiencing a series of symptoms and I'm getting desperate because now I'm experiencing rapid aging around the eye area as well as deep dark circles. These wrinkles that have been setting around my eye show up by the week and they are leading into crows feet and if I don't fix this soon I don't know what I'm going to do.

I'v always had good skin except for bad Acne and this is ruining my looks!

I will give you a bit of a background and hopefully someone can help me.

This all started a year ago when I was in a very stressful relationship and going through a very stressful breakup that lead into some pretty traumatic things. At the same time, my job was a huge stress, I was drinking 6 cups of coffee per day, eating a diet that consisted of fast food most days due to overtime at work. This lead into a series of symptoms that have evolved and keep evolving.

I've been going to the doctor since the beginning with chest pain symptoms, heaviness in legs, IBS symptoms, pelvic pain, etc...and he kept saying its anxiety and stress and that I need to relax. All the test came back negative. long story short, a year later, I'm experiencing more symptoms and here is the list:

-Muscle pain all over body - pins and needles pain around arms, legs and chest
-Hot flashes
-eye floaters
-Insomnia
-Frequent gastrointestinal pain and heartburn
-Weight Loss
-Fatigue 24/7
-Heavy feeling in legs for over a year
-Dark Circle under eyes and rapid aging around eyes
-Bad memory and poor concentration
-Chest Pain - Sometimes pain in center of chest after working out
- Constipation
-Tinnitus
-Anxiety/Depression
-Low libido, ED, and pelvic pain during sexual intercourse

I just switched family doctors, and showed him this list of symptoms, he send me to do a bunch of blood work and guess what ? everything is good according to him so now he just wants me to do a 24 hour urine test and after that he said he will send me to a specialist.

the question is, which specialist would be appropriate for this. an internist ? can they look into HORMONAL IMBALANCE as I am almost certain this is the cause of these symptoms and especially rapid aging? or should I request my doctor to send me to a hormonal replacement specialist ?

my second question is, I went to see a naturopath, and she is certain that this is adrenal fatigue and I am getting treated for it without having done the saliva test. I've been doing lifestyle changes and taking some of her supplements in addition to collagen, hyaluronic acid, silica, L-lysine, Magnesium, 4 grams of Vitamince C and Zinc.

Can adrenal fatigue cause rapid aging around the eye and dark circles. and is this reversible ? I want to go for cosmetic laser but I am afraid my skin isn't healing properly so I will only be able to do that once I'm fixed...

I can still work fine, this is only affecting my looks and confidence. my energy levels are not so bad.

Sorry for this super long post, but I'm desperate and I'm almost certain this is due to hormonal imbalance and I need someone's input at to what I should do...eye creams, drinking water, exfoliators just make the skin worse so there's nothing I'm putting on for anti-aging treatment.
