Yes you really do have to be cautious when trying a new diet. Everyone has certain things they react to. When your have digestive issues lots of raw food is actually not that good for you because it is harder for the body to digest thn cooked foods. Alot of naturalpaths will prefer you eat cooked foods because it takes less energy and work for your body to digest when your really sick. At one point I would also blend my food up to make it easier to digest.
