Well diagnosis is hard since there isn't much good testing for parasites outside a couple species. I've tested negative for fasciolaisis and paraganomis but I'm not sure that even means anything. Apparently there are thousands of species of them out there. A quick search online shows that.

Praziquantel hasn't seemed to do the trick for whatever reason. Alinia seems to have some effect on them but hasn't made any obvious ones at least show up in the bathroom. There is a pcr stool test out in a month that seems like a decent shot at species diagnosis otherwise will see from there. Tweet
