Again this article doesn't reference the species. Fasciola Buski is easy to treat and does respond to Albendazole type drugs based on the studies I've seen. It also responds to herbs rather easily. But Fasciola Hepatica and FAsciola Gigantica do not based on the studies I've seen.
If you are using all kinds of albendazole drugs and you are not killing your liver flukes, you might wonder if you really have Fasciola Buski, or if you have Fasciola Hepatica and Fasciola Gigantica. I kill Fasciola Buski all the time (big red rolled up tomato skins) but the Fasciola Hepatica and Fasciola Gigantica are not killed (grey fleshy kind).
The only time I hit them effectively was with Triclabendazole but the doctor didn't give me enough. I'm trying a number of herbs now to try to get to those in my tissues that may or may not be effective. I'm using studies that have targeted those species specifically as my guide.
