Could you please let me know if the symptoms you have that are spread over your body are similar to mine?

I get seemingly random small muscle twitching/spasms all over my body: tricep, upper leg (quadricep, hamstring), calf, foot, cheek, back.

I have taken videos of muscle spasms in my cheek, foot, lower quadricep. They are random twitching that can start and stop over the space of maybe 10 minutes, then they stop and may never return, or may come back days or weeks later.

The travel medicine Dr placed no value in the videos what-so-ever and said it was electrolyte imbalance (causing nerve misfiring). I might have agreed with that diagnosis, but,

I also have intestinal pain, movement, pressure, and a lot of gas since eating "special pho soup" at a Vietnamese restaurant 14 months ago.

I am not sure if this is at all similar to your feeling of "popping on and off", but I am really concerned to find out what this is.
