It's not that you need a carrier. The mites lay down a thing invisible layer of something they produce that is impenetrable. You need to soak in washing soda to soften the layer for at least half an hour then scrub it off every day.

If you dont want to do that then buy 30 tubes of Urea cream or salicylic acid cream and put that on every day then scrub in the shower.

Live mites stay alive in this layer. Topicals dont get them and oral treatment dont reach them through the blood or lymph. It is as though they are in a plastic film.

The layer has to come off.
