What's a good dosage of Kelp to start with? I was diagnosed low thyroid by my primary doc and got some tests on my t4 that im now awaiting and was referred to an endoc. I want to tackle this on my own. I have Lugols 2% and tried 3 drops a day but it made me feel weird very tight pressure around my neck and jaw for some reason. it made me feel a bit wired. I want to try kelp as I do suspect I'm low on Iodine. I was borderline HBP so I stayed away from table salt switched to Sea Salt and was on a vert low sodium diet. I hear that can take a hit on your Iodine levels. Is kelp worth a shot for me to try?
