Re: crashing on higher doses of iodine
I dont think anyone is ignoring that there can be bad side effects when taking iodine, sometimes even small doses.
Personally I still recommend to my friends and family to slowly work up the dose to better judge the side effects.
Having said that however I do believe that
Iodine is essential and that most are deficient. Those that have the worst sides are generally those with the most need.
With healing often comes additional pain. How many times have people had to be cut open to be fixed? A bone rebroken so it sets properly? Its also not just
Iodine but all nutrients can have negative initial effects when first introduced when there is a deficiency. This can be exacerbated if a co-nutrient is ignored.
The key is to be smart about how you supplement unfortunately a vast majority of people do not spend the time and do their homework, they just blindly grab on to tidbits of info gleaned here and there.
