You are not alone. Myself and countless others have had very bad reactions to taking large doses of iodine. The people on the Iodine forum refuse to listen to those of us who have had bad experiences, and instead choose to ignore reality and blindly recommend large doses of Iodine and state it can never have any negative effects, but I assure you as someone who pays attention, there are tons of people who have negative reactions to large doses of iodine.
