Re: Thanks guys - good advice!

A person is morbidly obese when they weigh 50% - 100% over their healthy weight, or if their BMI is over 38. So according to her heaviest weight Robin Quivers would have been classified as morbidly obese. While she did say that her decision to try the Master-Cleanse was not due to "diet alone" she does go on to say how wonderful it is to buy stylish clothes & she even calls herself a "clothes-horse" now. In my humble opinion Ms Quiver's said that she didn't do the Master-Cleanse as a diet solely for legal reasons. I read the article in the magazine & found it on-line as well. I saved to my favorites. http://thelemonadediet.com/?pageid=34715artiv

You'll notice that she makes no statements about IBS, or any sort of life threatening illness. She does say that she was plagued for years by fatigue & aches & pains. Any woman who is over-weight may say anything she likes about why she does this or that. Part of the equation will always include wanting to look good. Perhaps not the main reason for following any exercise or health regimine but definitely the 2nd reason after good health.
